Hello.

Manjaro Linux

PlayOnLinux 4.2.12

hybrid drivers amd graphic

wine used: wine 2.20

I am trying to run Rift game using playonlinux.

I installed the game as follows: (tried different ways too but no luck)

Tools -> Manage Wine Versions -> Download and install the wine version you need

PlayOnLinux -> Configure -> Create Virtual Drive -> Make virtual drive, and choose the Wine version that you installed.

PlayOnLinux -> Configure -> select your virtual drive -> click the Misc tab, and Run .exe in this virtual drive

like advised in this helpful post here

after installation, im starting game with

DRI_PRIME=1 playonlinux

everything works great, Glyph installs, game installs, game runs but

UI is broken. I can access settings before  I enter server just fine.

When connected and in game, spellbar disappears or its blinking, bag items has no icons, then they load sometimes and disappear again. When pressing ESC, menu border comes up but empty. When accepting quests, I just guess "accept" button position. When finishing quest, I can't get my reward correctly because I can't see the items .. and so on.

What do you think it could be? Thank you for any ideas.

I reccomend using a "staging" version of Wine.  I've found that some games refuse to work with normal Wine versions, but the "staging" versions add some extra support and work really well.

Are you able to play any other games in PlayOnLinux?
