First thing first... make sure to update to the newest PlayOnLinux 4.2.12

What version of Wine are you using?

Any time I've seen graphical artifacts like that... its because of direct X.  Try installing a few other Direct X packages or even try installing dxfullsetup.

I did everything you mention. Updated playonlinux and went full dx setup but still the same. I tried several wine versions 1.6.2, 1.3.5, 2.16-staring. No difference. I think it's maybe a driver issue since nvidia users had those glitches on HD version.

Seems the game has an OpenGL renderer. Did you try it ? I should read more carefully. I do not understand why the OpenGL mode does not work.

PS : installing d3d dll won't change anything in OpenGL mode ;)

Maybe try Direct X mode in-game... but yes, may be a driver issue.
