is there an instruction on how to compile wine for PlayOnMac?
either that or could you please always include the staging version of the new version of wine , because i see often only the non staging version, and the staging version takes mostly quiet a long time to appear in the list, i.e to be available.
thx in advance

The staging version is often realesed one week after the not staging one, POL cannot build it if there is nothing to build ;).

thx for the info, also i assume that information stands also for POM and not just POL? but in addition how is it compiled or packadged for POM? i did not see any instructions for that. what if somebody wants to modify wine and customize some functions or something like that.

Indeed POL and POM are really similar, just that wine needs to be built for the right platform (as you can see here->https://www.playonlinux.com/wine/binaries/)
Normaly there is an explanation somewhere about how to request a special version of wine (with a dirty hack that won't go upstream for example) but, as you can see on the bug page, there isn't a lot of activity.
The dev are working on the new version of POL/POM (5).
