This is what I have:

Mageia6 kernel-4.9.35-desktop-1.mga6 SMP x86_64 GNU/Linux
When installing the GOG-Unreal_Gold game downloaded through POL from GOG.com, I see:

And installation halts. I have started from scratch on a different comuter with teh same results.
Is there any more info I can provide?
