Hi. I have a question related to playonlinux i386 and ARM.

I am running Android on a ARMv7, running a chroot-environment ubuntu precice port, binfmt-support enabled, added i386 architecture, and could install playonlinux i386 as I did with wine i386. I can install simple i386 programs on playonlinux using the current wine-version, but if I try to use another wine-version which are downloadable with playonlinux, I get Errormessages when wine-bottles are created. Installations are not possible.

On the regular i386 wine installation, wine-preloader is broken and has been deleted to be able to use wine.

Is this issue related to playonlinux' creations of the wine-bottles ? Do you have any explication / workaround for this ?

I would apreciate your help.

I think I auto-answered my question.

After downloading wine 2.1 with playonlinux, I just had to rename ./PlayOnLinux/wine/linux-x86/2.1/bin/wine-preloader, after that I could change wine-version of the bottle from system to 2.1.

Winecfg showing 2.1 as version now. Solved.
