Error in POL_System_wget
POL_System_wget failed: Server issued an error response

This error occurs just after choosing which client version to download (NA). Is there a mirror download available so that I can use the option of installing from a local file?
Up until this point: I used the miniCD Ubuntu installer, installed PoL and installed league fine and it was in the updating stage for the actual client. I realized I had installed 32bit Ubuntu instead of 64bit so I created an install DVD for ubuntu 16.04 64bit and successfully installed the OS. I am now running into this problem when installing league of legends on PoL. Various descriptions of my problem have not shown anything on Google except for a possible ban from riotgames from too many download requests. If that is the case, there is nothing telling me how to fix/bypass the situation.
