When I try to install dotnet45 (this happens with several of the dotnet components, but not all of them) it stalls on me. I get the message:

"Please wait while .NET Framework 3.0 SP1 Update is installed..."

and the progress thing is swirling, but it never stops swirling and nothing ever progresses beyond this point. (Yes, I'm certain that this is dotnet45, even though it says 3.0.)

My guess is that the first time I downloaded dotnet45 it got borked somehow, and it keeps trying to install that cached and borked download. That's just a guess, but is there any way to re-download components?
