Paint Tool Sai not remembering layout upon startup

Layout not persistent

I am having a problem with this program (Everything is installed correctly including 1.5.5 Wine version, program works well in general), once open and the layout changed to my liking I close it only to find on restart that the layout is back to it's default, so every time I start it I have to go through changing the layout, it's very annoying.

Anyone have idea on how to make the layout change persistent?

I know for a fact that it should remember the layout as I have it on a Windows machine, it's definitely persistent.

Distros: Bodhi 3.1.1 32 bit

Any help is appreciated.

I fixed it (Not really, more like a work around...) but not sure fully how, it could have been the fact I had to emulate a virtual desktop, organize the layout then click "Reset all windows" (Which doesn't seem to do anything at first)  which seemingly saves the layout as when I opened up the program next time it was how it was the last time I changed it.

Thanks for the "help" everyone...

Not setting as solved because this isn't really a fix, it's a workaround, this doesn't fix the fact that it doesn't work as its should on a windows machine (Open up the program, change layout, exit, reopen and there's your changed layout).

If using Wine's virtual desktop fixes it, it could be an issue with your window manager, or the way it's setup...

I also have a problem with exiting the virtual desktop, 90% of the time it gives me a box saying

"Waiting for program

A simulated log-off or shutdown is in progress, but this program isn't responding

If you terminate the process you may lose all data"

This is after exiting sai correctly, this made it annoying re-enacting the problem because whenever I get this screen it pretty much means if I terminate the process it will not save the layout, so it took me minutes to get it to close without getting that box, so after me re-enacting the problem it took me a while to get back to my preferred layout, of course I did not have that problem upon re-enacting it, only when I wanted the preferred layout, so is my luck...

"it could be an issue with your window manager, or the way it's setup..." It is set up the way it should be from what I have seen, I am using the 1.5.5 Sai version for it, everything works perfectly but the layout persistance.

I'm talking of window manager, it's unclear we're talking of the same thing...

Everything is default other than that it is setup with 1.5.5.

Any tips on troubleshooting the Window manager then, or am I going to be left here hanging?

Bodhi seems to be using a variant of Enlightenment window manager, that I never used. That's a somewhat unusual choice by the way, so it could very well be the issue.

That could be it, but I had the same issue in xubuntu with SAI set up the same, so I don't know if it really is.
