Hello, whenever i try to open up fallout 3.1.7, i crash right after new game. I can open up the configurator fine and it works fine until I start a new game. I have not installed any components, im using 1.3.16 xliveless 2 and im emulating a desktop 1024x768 Windows XP.

Please help, I am using a setup file no CD-Rom no Steam, and whenever i install it installs fine but it says my CPU does not meet the requirements and i need some streaming SIMD extentions or something like that
