My game keeps stuttering and i can't stand it. It makes it very not smooth. I can play but it is not smooth. 

I use a Macbook air 13 inch from mid 2012. Memory: 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3. Intel Hd graphics 4000 512 MB. 

Help me you're my only hope.

That graphics card may not be enough to run it very well. What are you setting for the graphics settings in the game? Does lowering the graphics help (for instance, lowering the resolution or turning down shadows or turning off vsync?)?
