Hello Ronin,
Thank you for your fast reply!
I read some articles on wiki.playonlinux.com but I did not find what I needed.
I am all new to Ubuntu (Linux) so there is a lot for me to learn. Until now I really like it.
The Adobe Photoshop CS6 installer tells me that I can not install Photoshop CC on a 32bit system.
When I try to install Photoshop CC manually it tells me it can not be installed on Windows XP.
My OS is Ubuntu 14.0.4 64bit.
No problem. For reference, almost anything that you run through POL will be 32-bit; this is because of how Wine works (http://wiki.winehq.org/), and POL is a front-end for Wine, so that carries through to this project. The instructions provided in the wiki are not specific to your problem. That is merely the instruction manual for use of PlayOnLinux.
Even though your system is 64-bit, Wine (or in this case, POL's WineBuild) will make a 32-bit virtual drive, and install that there. 32-bit installs of Photoshop CC are absolutely provided by Adobe, as the versions written (and the screenshots taken by myself) are all from 32-bit versions (of CS6. Not CC versions).
So, like I said, run the Adobe Photoshop CS6 installer, and when prompted, direct it to the .exe for photoshop CC, then just follow the instructions. Personally, I don't have CC (much to my chagrin. lol.), so I cannot test it, but many others have reported it working fine.
(Also, your full computer specs, graphics card/drivers, and debug logs should be supplied in the first post for pretty much every thread. We need that information to troubleshoot your issue. http://wiki.playonlinux.com/index.php/How_to_Post_in_the_Forums)
