GTA IV controller doesn't work

Hi guys,
I have Logitech F310 controller which works very well with native steam on my Ubuntu 14.10. I was also able to make it work on PES 2015 demo via wine by installing xinput. 

My problem right now is that in GTA IV I am not able to make this controller recognized by the game. I have installed xinput but still controller is not recognized. Any advice?
