Hello,

I am experiencing some problems playing League of Legends. On Windows I get 60 fps, no problem, however, when playing on Linux using PlayOnLinux my FPS is considerably lower. In the beginning of the game, the FPS seems fine (55-60 fps), but as soon as the minions colide and I can see the enemy champion (if you do not know what I am talking about, basically there are just more enteties and particle effects displayed) the FPS drops to about 30 (sometimes it drops below 30)... I know it is not much to be complaining about, but it can be quite annoying since I am getting high FPS on Windows. My graphicas card is ATI 5770, I am using proprietary driver fglrx, 1.7.33-LeagueOfLegends2 wine version... Lowering the game quality and changing the resolution does not seem to affect FPS. I would really appreciate any help.

I have the same problem. Ran perfect for the longest time but then toward the end of fall, I was getting the same performance issues. This was on Debian Jessie. December I completely upgraded my system (motherboard, SSD, RAM, CPU, GPU, fans) The only thing I didn't touch was my PSU or the case. I also switched to Arch Linux. Thinking I wouldn't have the same problem, that was the first thing I tested after getting my system all set up. Same thing. I don't really see any reason for it. And there aren't many people with this problem.

I thought it might be an Nvidia problem, since I had an Nvidia card on Debian (GTX 770) and on Arch (GTX 980) but if you're having this problem with ATI, that's obviously not the case.
