Long time Linux hobbies, final setup a Linux game system. Thanks for Star wars on-line old republic, works great.
New to playonlinux, site and software, Is “Lord of the rings on-line”, firefall, or “Landmark beta” in testing? How do I check. Updated to version on Ubuntu software center.

The version in the software center is likely behind. Download 4.2.5 from our download section.
If you are curious about the status of any app, you can click Supported Software on the nav menu above. :)

Thank you for your help, Downloaded as you suggested.
I don't see either LOTRO, Firefall or Landmark beta(everquest) on list.
Any suggestions? Is there a Beta test list?

No. Usually, one would go look up the application in question on appdb.winehq.org, find out what things it needs to install (wine version, dependencies, etc.), and then you would test it doing a manual install. When you can manually install it and it works, you would then write a script (click Documentation for the scripters manual) and submit it to us, and if it works out and fits standards, we will approve it and it will appear in the POL/POM Install window. Feel free to check it out. Read the Wine and POL docs, as they realllllly help when trying to get a new app to work. :)
