Lol whit CSMT

stiggia	I've succesfully installed lol on ubutu x64 following this guide http://askubuntu.com/questions/459888/shop-and-in-game-item-shop-not-working-in-league-of-legend-lol/461256#461256 Evrything work but, as known, i've low fps.I've heard about CSMT patch. My installation work whit wine 1.7.19-LeagueOfLegends2. I've tried with wine 1.7.4-CSM but client won't start. It is a wine version that have both csm and lol patch?
