Is there a setting or a planned future enhancement so that PlayOnMac can run in a window instead of taking over the entire desktop?

Interesting. I'm playing Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory and it commands the entire desktop. Is there a program-specific configuration that would allow it to play in a window?

It depends on the wine version used. With XQuartz based version, it's possible. With the new versions, it is no longer possible

Under Wine Version it just says System.
