Hello.

I am very new to ubuntu and playonlinux, and I was trying to install the League of Legend using the instruction in the following link:

http://askubuntu.com/questions/459888/shop-and-in-game-item-shop-not-working-in-league-of-legend-lol/461256#461256

The problem that I faced is that in the step where I have to install TuXLoL, I typed the following command:

$ mono tuxlol.exe patch --dir "/home/MYUSERNAME/PlayOnLinux's virtual drives/LeagueOfLegends/drive_c/Riot_Games/League_of_Legends/" $

I keep getting the following error message:

Could not attach to process.  If your uid matches the uid of the target
process, check the setting of /proc/sys/kernel/yama/ptrace_scope, or try
again as the root user.  For more details, see /etc/sysctl.d/10-ptrace.conf
ptrace: Operation not permitted.
No threads.

Got a SIGABRT while executing native code. This usually indicates
a fatal error in the mono runtime or one of the native libraries
used by your application.

I tried finding any possible solution regarding this, but I couldn't find any.

Can someone please help me solve this problem? Thank you so much for your time.

Best,

Jung

I think you may have to run League of Legends one time before installing the Tux mod

The Tux mod changes certain store images and fixes them.  Are you able to actually run the game?
