Hello

Recently Renegade X has gone into open beta.

Here is how we are told it can be made to work in Linux:

I have attempted this myself and have it semi-working (the sound and some textures do not work correctly).

Would PlayOnLinux be able to finish the job and include an installer for this?

I actually used the Play On Linux installers and chose wine version 1.7.13, installed at 32 bit and not 64 and used IE8.

This seemed to get me the best results but it's far from perfect.

Seemed to run better after a reboot for some reason. Only some-what playable on minimal graphic settings though.

Don't suppose anyone can improve?

I'm testing the new released beta 3a

did you use the d3dx9_36 as well?
any other libraries required to make it run?
