problem at selecting the setup file to run

i dont understand which is the right file to open(there are many) also im new at this program. i select a file called msdia90.dll but then it says  Error in POL_Wine
Wine seems to have crashed

If your program is running, just ignore this message
 

but the program isnt running. PLEASE HELP
