Pokemon TCG Online - Stuck at splash after "Authenticating"

Gumshoe	I've installed Pokemon TCG Online manually using playonlinux, but once I open the game and login, I get an "Authenticating" message, then it gets to the yellow lightning splash screen and doesn't move past that. Any ideas on how to fix this?
