So I installed Neverwinter successfully and patched it too but when I start the game it gets past the first loading screen with the "Cryptic" logo then it gets to the Neverwinter logo with all the companies underneath them and it just says "Loading...".

I waited for 30 mins and nothing still happened.

Anybody have this?

Try toggling safe mode from the options in the launcher.

Sometimes the first time you launch it easily can take 15-30 minutes for it to launch.
I don't know why, but its pretty annoying.

Are you able to play other games?

I have similar problem, except that the game on second screen (with neverwinter logo) freezes my Linux Mint 16 - it becomes completely unresponsible and i have to do hard reset. I tried different versions of Wine (1.7.10, 1.7.12, 1.6.2) i also tried installing IE8 but nothing helps - hard reset every time i start it (and wait for 3-10 minutes). I also tried copying game files from windows with the same result.
Any ideas how to solve this?
