Hello everyone, I just wanted to say thank you, I installed POL, Wine ver.1.5.5 - TERA, latest version of Ubuntu and then proceeded to install WOW Mists of Panderia, I have have been running WOW without any real issues for two weeks now. I even managed to install WOW Matrix and I am a total Linux noob. The only issues that I have noticed is;

(#1) if you play with the keyboard rather than trackball mouse, when you hit the space bar to jump and also combine other key presses like for movement it is almost guaranteed to lock up and freeze, force log out and restart, I prefer playing games with a trackball mouse and not the keyboard...so it's not a big issue for me, I use the space bar to jump and no other key presses simultaneously without issue.

(#2) Any other utilities or apps that attempts to open a pop up window while the game is running is a guaranteed lock up, so you will have to make sure you don't have anything running that will force a pop up window.

Also it seems to prefer Cairo Dock and not the Gnome desktop, most of the time it seems that the Gnome desktop attempts to run wow in a window and usually results in a crash or system freeze.

I am impressed and very happy with my POL experience so far, I did try to get Tera working first with no success, but you can't win them all.

Wow is running so smoothly for me now I consider it a wrap ;-)

Thanks Again
