The original instructions worked for me too :) Except I just needed step one, my air install was not broken.

Worked on AMD ATI 5770, max settings, 57FPS.

It worked for me, followed every step and now i can play again, had to disable unity to play fullscreen but now i can play, ty very much, much love

Thanks! This helped me a lot, I was unable to get the game going until this!

As in, after character selection, it would just kick to a black rectangle, which I assume is an error box. Naturally the game wouldn't load.

After this, I got into the game!

GPU : Radeon 7970

Driver : Proprietary AMD Driver Packaging Version : 15.20.1013-150227a-180955E-ATI

OS : Ubuntu 15.04, in XFCE (3 monitors)

My only problem now is sounds aren't playing right, but I forget what I changed to break this (probably unrelated to this).

The curious thing is on my laptop, with Intel HD 4000, I did not need to do this step. Seems related to AMD perhaps?
