Duplicate application listings

Hello, I have just installed Playonlinux and haven't installed any games or applications yet with it. I was just about to install Steam when I noticed that almost every application that is listed in the install menu is listed twice identically, so I wasn't sure which one to click or if that would cause any issues for me. My first assumption was that the two listings are the 64 and 32 bit versions, but I cannot see any difference in their descriptions or any way to tell them apart. Here is a screenshot so you can see what I mean:

I tried to search for the solution first but I wasn't able to find anything, sorry if this has been asked before. I'm running Xubuntu 13.04 x86_64. Thanks for your help!

Have you tried clicking on the "Refresh" button?
