Hello,
First of all i tried to age of mythology from pol's script but that didn't work for me and generally my pol gives error when starting autorun like autorun.dll, sometimes doesn't run exe and wants me to select shortcut etc. Then i started to edit scripts manual installations. I installed age of mythology created shortcut when i try to run shortcut it says:
Title: DirectX 8.1 or later is required
This game requires microsoft windows 98/ME, windows 2000 or windows xp or later

But i installed directx9 and wine has been set to windows xp. When i try starting game exe on my system it works fine but shortcut doesn't work. I think if i can change start command maybe it works well. Thanks for comments...

So you are just having a problem with this "DirectX 8.1 or later is required" error when launching the game?
Maybe there is a different exe file that launches DirectX 8 instead of the one you are using.
Try creating a new shortcut from PlayOnLinux and see what other .exe files it finds.
Maybe there is another one like aom.exe or some kind of launcher.exe?

Post full computer specs and debug output from the INSTALL of the game, and lets see what is going on.

Because it could be a driver issue or a 64-bit vs 32-bit issue

booman i looked for new exe but it seems like there is not =( Here is the debugger output http://tny.cz/bf5fcd88 and i have 32-bit wine.
