Hi,
Nope, this gives no useful info whatsoever.
Try selecting the shortcut then click on "Debug" in the side panel as suggested.
Otherwise, to access previous logs, Tools > PlayOnLinux debugger

It cannot find Quicken, so if it already worked it was somehow deleted.

Ok.
I accept your premis. That then means that i need to reinstall Quicken.

The question remains, as to how this deletion accured.
Now that i have reinstalled the progam.
I do not seem to have the correst data although the original files exist.
What caused this? is it down to the updating of CURL and to 4.2.1?

If this is the case am i the only user who has had this issue?
In the mean time i am gratfull for your assistance.

curl is now used for attaching installation log with automated bug reports.

Nothing would justify random removal of programs anyway, and I'm only aware of a few cases but it's almost impossible to know what happened exactly (and to exclude the possibility of a manipulation error).

I always backup my "wineprefix" folder before updating PlayOnLinux... just to be safe.
Maybe the PlayOnLinux update just removed the shortcuts?
Either way, its always a good idea to backup any programs or games you have installed before messing with Updates or Re-installing PlayOnLinux.
