POL + Gamepad/Joystick and keyboard question

Hello folks,

I have one question regarding PlayOnLinux on a fresh Ubuntu dedicated computer. I have a compatible XBOX gamepad xinput/dinput (F710).

All things are great except two things :

How install a gamepad/joystick on POL ? The game-pad is detected on Linux itself. But the games on POL don't recognized it.

And, on Skyrim for example, the game use a English QWERTY keyboard layout. How assign another keyboard layout ? Of course, I use a French (AZERTY) keyboard layout on Linux (FR).
