MessageWorking good for me. The 1.7 version someone proposed doesn't for me. Sound crackles a lot.

MessageThe main issue I have is the fact that the Wine version used, 1.4, seems to have an issue with installing Battlefield 1942 when installing off of the CD's. The error occurs when entering in the code on my CD's. I did a 'test install' of it with Wine 1.7.40 in which I did NOT encounter the issue.
As such I have submitted a patch to use Wine 1.7.40 in the installer, as opposed to 1.4. However it might work with earlier versions of Wine as well. DifferencesNew source codeReplies |
