POL_Install_iv50

FTP-Download is no more available.

Changed to new https download link from Dell.

Trying to fix installation crash on POL 4.3.4 with Wine 3.0.3 (32 bits and 64 bits). For the game Aquatic Tycoon.

As of 2019-03-21 this function return errors :(
